National India News received standing ovation in Canada

Dr. Manisha Bangar, Executive Director of National India News is on her literary and political tour to Canada. Her two-week long tour is scheduled to address several social and cultural gatherings across Canada.
On 12th May, at Toronto, a symposium was held by National India News in the presence of the executive director of the news network. The symposium addressed on alternative media, an important issue of the Indian democracy and it was titled as ‘The threat to Democracy by Indian Media and the Need to Develop Bahujan Media’.
In the symposium, Dr. Bangar talked about the vacuum in the mainstream media to address issues of Bahujan which accounts for the majority of the population. She also indicated that how National India News gradually filling the vacuum in the most credible way.
She counted few achievements and loud the efforts made by the channel to establish ‘Bahujan’ word in the mainstream conversation in the country.
National India News has so far organized two symposia abroad and it has received an overwhelming response from the audience. This time in Canada, the channel received a standing ovation from the attendee.
In the small span of 11 months the channel has grown enormously. The subscribership of the channel has crossed the milestone of 2 lac over the period of time.
