Major Accident on Yamuna Expressway Due to Heavy Smog

It was heavy cloud of smog in and around Delhi-NCR on Wednesday which caused up to the major road accident on super busy Yamuna Express Highway.

According to sources 18 vehicles rammed into each other on highway. So far no major casualities have been reported. On one hand there is some relief for children as primary school is being ordered to shut down by govt due to heavy fog but office and college goers had to face major problem on their way to destinations.

Due to smog many give priority to travel by metro. It’s not the first time that this type of major accident happened on Yamuna Express way it’s quite common in winter on highway. State government must have to take some precautions to avoid such major accidents in future. Government is totally failed in tackle pollution and smog in delhi-ncr which leads to this kind of major accidents on busy Highways like Yamuna expressway.
