Ministry of External Affairs Successfully Rescued Indian Girls From Kenya

It is the proud moment for all Indians as Ministry of External Affairs able to rescue three Indian and seven Nepalese girls from Kenya.
On Thursday External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj said that we are able to rescue ten girls including three Indian and seven Nepalese from Kenya who were victims of trafficking.
The Minister tweeted “We have rescued three Indian girls from Kenya. The girls were victims of an organised crime syndicate that indulged in trafficking… Seven Nepalese girls were also rescued. Their passports and phones were taken and they were held captive in Mombasa,”.
Sushma Swaraj also thanked Suchitra Durai by tweeting “I appreciate the efforts of Indian High Commissioner in Kenya Suchitra Durai… We thank the Kenyan Police for their help,”.
According to Sushma Swaraj, Ministry will share the details soon with the Punjab government so that the case will be registered against the agents and people involved in this.
They all were victims of an organised crime that indulged in human trafficking.
