Don’t misdirect people by sharing photoshopped image, said Professor Kumar
New Delhi Recently a photograph of JNU Professor, Vivek Kumar is going viral. In the photograph, it shows that he is lecturing at RSS camp. The photograph is widely shared by people on Facebook and Twitter asking the explanation from the sociology professor.

However, the viral photo turnout a photoshopped as an attempt to malign his image. Professor Kumar in response, he wrote a post on his Facebook account and questioned, “Why not people who are sharing photograph have mentioned that what I am lecturing and what was the topic of the program? Why is the audience not shown in the photograph? Why this not mentioned that a wing of the same organisation attacked me at Gwalior? Don’t misdirect people only by sharing photographs… Today I realised that I have become a famous personality since many popularly known people have shared this photograph. I am hopeful that people of my community will understand my honesty and commitment towards the movement.”
