Dehradun: On Sunday 4th January a group of students who runs Kal Ki Soch Foundation organised a seminar at ICFAI University, Dehradun. The seminar was focused on the desired change in the traditional education system. However, participants mostly were the school students and they put forward their concerns and possible solutions to upgrade whole education system.
Kaushmika Priya, who co-ordinated the event is a ICFAI student and hails from the Baghalpur, a district of Bihar. She said, “The school going kids have a most curious mind and it is important to involve them in process of change. In fact, they are the drivers of change and the KAL KI SOCH believes in their active participation and hence pushing kids for better future.”
The entire event was organised and managed by the students of ICFAI University.
The seminar was attended by more than 150 students and several schools and college goers’ presented their paper. The coordinator also invited and involved specially-abled students. Assistant Professor Abhishek Raj Director of HRO Priya Zadu and Dr. Rajiv Kumar Singh of Uttranchal University were the special guests at the event.
The permanent solution of any social evils is education, and the idea of Kal Ki Soch grows from the seeds of education only. – Kaushmika Priya
